All mason jars are hand painted, distressed, and sealed. In order to preserve the beauty of your purchase please do not submerge in water or wash in a dishwasher. A damp cloth can be used to gently dab and clean. The mason jars are not painted on the inside, so they can be used to hold water for fresh flowers.
Seller is not responsible for misuse and mis-care of any items. We are Not responsible for any bodily injury that may occur, such as, splinters from wood. Items are not intended as a toy or to be used by small children.

International orders may take up 6 weeks or more for delivery. I am not responsible for any delays due to customs or fees or taxes collected due to customs. All items are custom made to order. The buyer is solely responsible for all fees associated with the order. The shipping charges are what my post office charges me to send the package to you. Please check with your country's customs office or the post office to determine what these additional costs will be. Each item is handmade and no two will be alike. There may be slight variations in color, design, and patterns as each item is uniquely made. These items are not perfect or manufactured and are made-to-order. Each item is truly unique and may have some character flaws or slight imperfections, which only makes the item more unique and special. It will not be perfect.
Wood will have some imperfections, such as color variation, knots, holes, etc., as it is 100% natural wood. Everything is made rustic in nature. This style is not for everyone, but please be advised this is the style I make.
Labels: I may print your label before your order is ready to ship. Printing a label does not mean that your order has shipped.
Shipping: Once your item has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. US Shipping can take up to 2 weeks depending on your choice of shipping. If using First Class Mail or USPS retail ground this can take longer. Once the item is marked shipped, I have no control over the mail as it is in the hands of USPS. Shipping time-frames are estimations only and are not guaranteed and are not always accurate.
Delivery: Delivery times are not guaranteed. When placing your order be sure to order earlier than needed, as I do not offer refunds for packages that are delivered later than expected.
Please be sure to review your shipping address before making a final purchase during checkout. I am not responsible for non-delivery, missing packages, or packages going to the wrong address. I mail all packages based on the address given by the buyer at checkout. If using PayPal make sure to check your address there as well. Packages are mailed to the buyer's address listed on etsy and not PayPal. In you are in an apartment be sure packages can be left in/at your box or at your door.
The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with the shop having to resend the items. Cancellations are not accepted due to items going to the wrong address, being marked undeliverable, or missing mail. Do not leave an address in the notes to seller.
If there is any damage to your item/package upon arrival please report this within 24 hours of receiving it. Please send photos of the damaged item, along with the box. Please do not take the item apart or remove it completely from its original packaging, as this will void any refunds or exchanges or other agreed upon terms. All items must be reported with 24 hours.
I will be glad to file a claim with USPS for you once I receive the needed information to process the claim.
Do not provide false information and must provide clear photos of the damage.
